Merlot 60% and Cabernet Sauvignon 40% from Stabio and Ligornetto. Fermentation in steel, Merlot refinement in steel and Cabernet Sauvignon in second passage barrique for 18 months. Unfiltered wine, blending before bottling.

Contains sulfites | 13% vol.

Stabio and Ligornetto

Merlot is fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks, while Cabernet Sauvignon performs the second fermentation in second-passage barriques, where it is aged for 18 months

Balanced with soft tannins, hints of bell bell pepper and red berry fruit

Ideal with pasta dishes and main courses of meat and lake fish.
