Ticino Controlled Designation of Origin.
Merlot 92%, Cabernet Sauvignon 8% from Stabio and Ligornetto. Fermentation in wooden vats, aging in new barriques (100%) for 24 months. Unfiltered wine, endowed with excellent structure, with intense and persistent fruity notes.
Contains sulfites | 13% vol.

Ligornetto and Stabio
First wine from our estate named after the many ancient chestnut trees near our vineyards. Cabernet Sauvignon gives character and structure, while Merlot brings softness to an elegant wine with hints of black currant and black cherry.
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel of 65% in new barriques, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging of the remaining 35% in second-passage barriques for 30 months.
Excellent with grilled meats and aged cheeses.
